Hi I’m Catherine owner and founder of Nurture and Grow Wellness.
I’m partner to Dave and mummy to Finn (11) and Shay (9) My background is Nursing working along side the Health Visiting teams in Aberdeen City.
I teach my signature Newborn Nurture Nest Programme along with other workshops. My hobbies include reading, crochet and I love a crystal or two.
